Quick and easy access, from your mobile device, to Wesleyan University services and support for ITS, ResLife, The Resource Center, WesStation, WesCard and more!

Installing the WesSupport app for iOS and Android

1.Visit the Apple App store or the Google Play store to search for WesSupport:

Note: When prompted to "Enter the instance address or scan a QR code," there is no QR code. Type in "wesleyanedu"

the remainder of the field (wesleyanedu.service-now.com) will automatically fill in as seen below in step 3. 

 

2. After installing the app, the first screen you see should look like the image below asking you to enter an instance address.

You can choose to nickname the configuration if you wish, but it is not required.  Then tap "save and log in"

4. After tapping "save and log in" you will be redirected to the Wesleyan SSO screen as seen below.  Sign in with your full Wesleyan email and password

5. Once installed you will be placed at the homepage of the WesSupport app.  From here you can submit and manage incidents for ITS, payroll, Wesstation and more.  

 

 

Instructions

Using the WesSupport App

 

The WesSupport app allows you to enter and manage any requests or tickets in ServiceNow.  You can see any open tickets you currently have on the homepage under "My requests.  

 

To open a new ticket you can tap the "Services" option along the bottom of the screen.  

 

From here you can choose from the different services available to you including ITS support, Payroll Support, Wes Station Services, and WesCard Services.  

You can also access the Wesleyan Knowledgebase from the knowledge tab on the bottom of the screen.  Here you can see articles containing helpful information and "how-to" procedures for all tech things Wesleyan!
