Normal business hours:
Monday - Friday
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM ET
During business hours, the primary ITS contact number is the:
ITS Service Desk: (860) 685-4000
or a
ServiceNow ticket can be submitted via:
Request IT Support  which will be immediately routed to the most appropriate ITS professional.
For high impact / high urgency issues occurring outside of normal business hours:
ITS has emergency contact personnel on call. There is one TSS (Technical Services) staff as primary contact, one as secondary contact and one Network Services staff person available for response at all times.

Public Safety is designated to take emergency off-hours calls for high impact / high urgency ITS problems. 
Public safety will route the issue to ITS. The primary and secondary ITS contact will triage the call from Public Safety.
