Self service software installation on MacOS and Windows


Wesleyan licensed software applications and IT support utilities are available on university computers using self service portal apps pre-installed each device. This allows anyone to install, upgrade or repair applications as directed by a Desktop Support Specialist.

MacOS

Self Service

Launch from the dock, or from the Applications folder.

 

If prompted, login with your Wesleyan username and password.

Once in Self Service, locate your desired application(s) and click Install.

 

Windows

Software Center

In your Start Menu's search bar, search for "Software Center".

 

Once in Software Center, locate your desired application, and click Install.
