Introduction
Staff and Faculty Printing, Copying, and Scanning: Wes-Find-Me-Printers
While on campus, Wesleyan staff and faculty can print to the print queue Wes-Find-Me-Printers from a Wesleyan issued computer, a lab computer and from their personal computer, smart phone, or tablet.
Wes-Find-Me-Printers are powered by PaperCut Print Management Software. When you print to the Wes-Find-Me-Printers print queue, you can release your print job at any PaperCut enrolled Ricoh multi-function printer/copier/scanner on campus by swiping your Wes ID or authenticating with your Wes username and password at the device.
Copying and scanning functionality is also available at each PaperCut enrolled Ricoh device when you swipe your Wes ID or authenticate with your Wes username and password at the device.
*Prints and Copies are charged back to your Wesleyan Department's Print/Copy SmartKey at the rates below. **Scanning is free.
***Paper for Wes-Find-Me-Printers / PaperCut Enrolled Ricoh devices will be purchased with a centralized campus SmartKey.

*While connected to the internet on campus or off campus using VPN, you can view your print job usage history via https://print.wesleyan.edu/user
Refunds
Refunds may be requested from the PaperCut web interface (https://print.wesleyan.edu), via the "Recent Print Jobs" page. For requests approved the week of job submission, the cost will not be included in the weekly WFS journal entry. For requests approved outside the week of job submission, the refund will be included as a separate WFS journal entry the following Monday.

How to print to Wes-Find-Me-Printers from a Wesleyan computer, personal computer, smartphone, or tablet:
To print to RICOH multi-function copiers while on the campus network, refer to the instructions below for your specific device platform.
*Important: When you are prompted for authentication on your device when printing to Wes-Find-Me-Printers, please be sure to use your Wesleyan username and password. (username does not include "@wesleyan.edu")
Wesleyan owned computers
Windows Desktops and Laptops owned by Wesleyan
The universal printer queue is already installed as "Wes-Find-Me-Printers on papercut-app", along with the PaperCut MF Client app icon in the taskbar tray. Authentication on your computer is not required when logged-in under your Wesleyan domain account.
If either the printer queue or app is not present, please use the following "Personal Windows Computers" instructions listed below.
Apple MacOS Desktops and Laptops owned by Wesleyan
The universal print queue will appear as "Wes-Find-Me-Printers". The PaperCut app icon should appear in the macOS menu bar.

Non-Wesleyan owned devices, tablets, and smartphones:
Personal Windows Computers
Download and run the in PaperCut Mobility Print Client for Windows. During the first run wizard, the universal printer "Wes-Find-Me-Printers [Virtual]" will be installed and authentication will be prompted.
Personal Apple Mac Computers
Download and run the wes-find-me-printers installer. You will be prompted to ignore your computer's security settings.
- Download and open the "wes-find-me-printers_quickinstall.pkg" package in your Downloads folder.
- From System Preferences, open the Security & Privacy pane. Choose "Open Anyway" to allow running the package. Then choose "Open" on the additional prompt to confirm.
If the installation is successful, you will see the "Wes-Find-Me-Printers" listed from the "Printers & Scanners" section in System Preferences (as shown below). You will be prompted for authentication the first time you print a document.
Linux Computers
Download and extract the LinuxClient.zip attachment and execute the "pc-client-linux.sh" shell script.
Chrome OS Mobile Devices
Install the Mobility Print app from the chrome web store.
Android Mobile Devices
Install the Mobility Print app from the Google Play store.
iOS Mobile Devices
Refer to Apple's AirPrint for iOS online instructions. The universal print queue will appear. Authentication is prompted upon first connection.
